For new or emerging technologies, an approvals path may not exist. We provide in-country lobbying to Governments, Regulators and Carriers to achieve desired outcomes. Wireless and spectrum management issues are also encompassed. We leverage off the experience of our local agents to ensure dedicated in-country support for your activities.

As a client utilizing our services, you’re welcome to request info relating to specific markets or changes to legislation that will impact on the technology that your company promotes.

We also provide support by connecting manufacturers with in-country channel partners experienced in product distribution and marketing. This is particularly important in Asia, where the right partner is critical to success. Refer to our “market access” page for more info.

Pre Testing

We have more than 20 years of expertise when evaluating products against global telecom, EMC and safety standards. This experience stretches to telecom testing services and telecom equipment
certification. Where 3rd party testing is accepted and has not yet been performed, we are able to provide quotations from various, cost competitive partner test labs.

Likewise, where 3rd partly results are not accepted (CMC/SIRIM for Malaysia, NALTE and SRRC
for China as examples), we are able to perform preliminary evaluations of your product to ensure the in-country test process is smooth and trouble free.

In-House Test and pre-telecom testing services are offered for:

Safety Standards IEC/UL60950, IEC 62368-1, IEC 61010-1, IEC 60065, IEC 60335 and sub sections, including
CB Reports and Certs.

EMC emission and immunity standards such as EN55011, EN55012, EN55013, EN55014-1, EN55015, CISPR 32, EN55024, FCC Part 15,
EN50082-1 & -2.

We offer advice and solutions to failures and have close relationships with many of the reputable testing providers in North America, Asia and Europe.

Market Access

‘Market Access’ encompasses our pre-testing, testing and approvals services, while incorporating our in-country knowledge
to assist with selection of channel partners and customs clearance. We provide an unbiased
opinion as to prospective channel partners and can arrange or facilitate initial meetings.

As an example, we are able to compile a list of companies capable of distributing your products within a specific country, forward their company profiles including our assessment of their weaknesses and strengths, assist with short listing candidates and arrange meetings between both parties. We also provide translation or interpreter services where required.

This service is provided at a fixed hourly rate and free of back room commissions to ensure unbiased selection of the right company.
